An exceptional Colombian coffee from a handful of small farmers in the El Descasno region about an hour south of Garzon, the Huila can be roasted at a range of levels given its depth and complexity. We prefer it at a City roast level, and usually with a bit of cream to emphasize the cinnamon and fruit.
Pour-over, electric drip, immersion or stovetop espresso.
