            METHOD #1

  • Heat 272 grams of filtered water to 202 degrees
  • Insert paper filter into plastic cap and saturate with water
  • Set plunger into AeroPress and turn upside down
  • Add 16 grams of freshly ground coffee
  • Pour 60 grams of water, let bloom for 30 seconds
  • Pour remaining 212 grams in slow circular motion
  • Stir briefly
  • Snap plastic cap into place
  • At 1:45 flip onto cup or server
  • Slowly press coffee

            METHOD #2 – INVERTED

  • Heat 272 grams of filtered water to 202 degrees
  • Insert paper filter into plastic cap and saturate with water
  • Set AeroPress on cup or server
  • Add 16 grams of freshly ground coffee
  • Pour 60 grams of water, let bloom for 30 seconds
  • Pour remaining 212 grams in slow circular motion
  • Stir briefly
  • Set plunger into place
  • At 1:45 slowly press plunger into cup
